Our focus is entire joint-muscle overall body movement.
Fitness are structured or unstructured ways to get into shape or enhance health.
Corrective Exercise Injury Prevention/Recovery assessment focuses on whole body movement at the joints to maximize muscle to joint/bone connections. We often work with clients after physical therapy, or those working with other providers for a well rounded health experience.
What We Do:
We identify poor muscle recruitment that would lead to future injury. We aren't selling fitness, we are teaching wellness; how to care for your muscles and joints for better movement throughout life. We teach, we guide, we have fun while you learn how to gain control of your body and age well.
The above enhances what exercises you do, in or out of the gym.
We design all our workouts unique for you groups needs.
- Lifestyle change or Injury Prevention and Recovery - both utilize mindfulness coaching to ensure sessions are focused.
We do provide limited one on one (private) coaching online or mobile.
We provide group workshops for wellness groups, community centers, rehab centers, and friend groups.
For private clients, we bring equipment and also use your equipment to teach you how to get the most for your health at home.
We no longer offer Group fitness classes weekly. We DO offer workshops and bring the equipment that would be needed (depending on the workshop focus).
We recommend wearing comfortable shorts, workout pants, t-shirts, or loose fitting clothing, and athletic shoes with laces.
NO bare feet, crocs, slip-ons or other shoes that compromise the muscles in your ankle and feet.
