Georgia Lain is an Instructional Designer and NASM-certified movement and wellness educator who specializes in corrective, gentle movement for long-term function and resilience.
Her background
in Instructional Design (M.Ed.) means every session, handout, and movement strategy is intentionally built using evidence-based learning science, not “follow-along” or one-size-fits-all fitness programs.
Clients don’t just do movements.
They understand why, how, and when to apply them, so progress lasts beyond the session.
Georgia holds a Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer Certification, supporting clients who need a calm, respectful, and judgment-free environment to rebuild confidence in movement.
Her work recognizes that:
Strength and balance matter, but so do stress, habits, self-trust, and nervous system awareness, because a steady ankle means little if stress, overthinking, or self-doubt continually disrupt progress.

Our Mission is to Serve and Support
Our mission is to empower individuals to pursue wellness through a thoughtful, whole-person approach to movement.
We believe wellness extends beyond physical strength alone.
Sustainable movement also requires attention to mindset, emotional well-being, and nervous system awareness,
this is where our work is intentionally focused.
Movement is Not One-Size-Fits-All
Our programs are individualized by design.
As a trauma-informed practice, we understand that traditional “fitness” environments can feel intimidating or unwelcoming. Our approach prioritizes safety, education, and respect, meeting you where you are.
What Makes Energy Vibe Fitness Different
Energy Vibe Fitness is not a scheduled, weekly fitness class or an exercise group.
Our work focuses on:
Sessions are designed to support meaningful, daily life improvements, helping you move with greater ease, awareness, and self-trust.
Please reach us at support@energyvibefitness.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The purpose of the discovery call is for you to explain which type of coaching you'd like and for you to also get a sense of Georgia and her coaching style (as your talking, asking questions). The call is 15 minutes in length. The calls are at no charge to you so no risk.
Movement Education is personalized for each client or group. We integrate Mindfulness, Behavior Change, and Corrective Exercise to observe whole body movement for longevity, and our program uses gentle movement. This is not an exercise program.
We are not a gym, we focus on the individual
Here are examples of when Movement Education sessions might be beneficial:
- If you've ever been to a physical therapist for an injury, we are the next step to correct your movement of the ENTIRE body, not just injured area. We focus on entire muscle recruitment, joint alignment, and bone strength, while integrating wellness approaches.
- If you are already active (gym or other activity) and you get occasional pain in the foot, knee, hip, back, shoulders, arm/wrist. That indicates that your body has adapted.
- Pain that you live with that you've accepted the fact that you have the pain. Please see our about menu for details, but we focus on movement for longevity, and sessions are unique; focusing on breath, and gentle-calming movement designed exclusively for the individual. We do not use one size fits all program templates.
Additionally, we design your program based on your lifestyle to maximize your ability to continue that lifestyle.
