Our Injury Prevention/Recovery trainer is passionate about helping clients succeed. They will work with you to create a personalized fitness plan that is tailored to your unique movement challenges and needs for results.
Easy process --> Consult, movement assessment, custom plan, progress.
Our online wellness coaching supports you through change, whether overcoming challenges, or creating healthier changes in your life. You decide the focus area and we help you navigate the path so you can increase your future self's quality of life. Our wellness coach is also certified in behavior change to better adapt to your ability to cope with changes.
Employees are the heart and soul of your company. Long hours, sitting, standing, and repetitive movement put them at risk for injury. We offer contractual, annual, retainers with the option of online or zoom sessions (two, 30 minute sessions twice a month), and quarterly posture screens.

The great procrastinator -
Any type of change creates self doubt, emotional up's and down's, and uncertainty of trust. In a world with AI and social media ads saturating our every turn, it can get very overwhelming.
Either of our coaching services offer a safe space where you are able to express yourself, without judgment, to be successful with your decisions.
My mission, as a wellness and injury prevention/recovery coach, is to hold that safe space for you, empower you to grow, without you giving your power away.
During your coaching sessions, we work together in partnership. I offer guidance, tools, and support - and I hold space for you to claim your own victories.
I've developed not just professionally, but personally through all levels of change, and I understand how difficult (emotionally draining) it is to move forward alone.
WHY CHANGE IS DIFFICULT
Change is hard. I get it because I've lived it, and used to be that "push through it" person, but I found it stresses the adrenals and body. Over time, the individual gets burnt out, and that's dangerous place to be.
You don't have to get to burnout because:
Sometimes, moving forward means letting go of what's familiar, even if it's uncomfortable. My journey through injuries, pain, self-doubt, and reinvention has taught me that real transformation is messy, nonlinear, but worth it!
As your Injury Prevention/Recovery (CES) or wellness coach, I don't just offer programs, I design them for you, and walk alongside you as you face the tug of old habits and the call of new possibilities. Regardless of your mobility or physical activity level, I can help you by starting with your current level to help you reach where you want to be in terms of mobility and movement.
Together, we'll build strength, resilience, and self-trust, so you can move freely and live fully - on your own terms.

Fitness are structured or unstructured ways to get into shape or enhance health.
Corrective Exercise assessment focuses on whole body movement at the joints.
What We Do:
We identify poor muscle recruitment that would lead to future injury. We aren't selling fitness, we are teaching wellness; how to care for your muscles and joints for better movement throughout life. We teach, we guide, we have fun while you learn how to gain control of your body and age well.
Both Men and Women benefit from Corrective Exercises because it enhances what exercises in or out of the gym.
We offer Mindfulness and Wellness @ Work in all STATES. We are in TX, but do travel within the U.S. (or choose online)
Please bring a yoga mat, water, small hand towel, and be coachable.
We provide all other necessary equipment for our classes.
For private clients, we bring equipment and also use your equipment to teach you how to get the most for your health at home.
We no longer offer Group fitness classes weekly.
We do, offer discounts for Veterans and EMS personnel group workshops at their location (injury prevention and recovery focus).
We recommend wearing comfortable shorts, workout pants, t-shirts, or loose fitting clothing, and athletic shoes with laces.
NO bare feet, crocs, slip-ons or other shoes that compromise the muscles in your ankle and feet.
