Poor muscle recruitment will negatively affect maximum potential in strength and performance.
Poor muscle recruitment will also increase the risk of age related and sports related injuries.

Mindfulness/Life/Intuitive (Behavior Change/Relationship) Experience personal transformation to be clear on and reach your personal goals, with support.
This program creates self-awareness and leads to better self-discovery and goal setting. We use researched backed approaches, including DBT and CBT strategies, to assist with being in an appreciative state of mind to learn how to be emotionally independent.

We are here to support and guide you along the way with research backed approaches and the education to back it up. We also have a background in teaching and learning to ensure we can meet the needs of all learners.
Our purpose and mission is to help elevate people to reach their max potential and to find and maintain their inner peace.
We do that with corrective exercise assessment and a plan, yes, but also with our mindset/mindfulness/life coaching.
The owner and lead trainer, Georgia, designed all programs that offer a holistic approach and utilize evidence based education. We've developed a unique learning and movement experience with Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, and Education to create a personal growth program specific for you!
Growth and Mindfulness programs (life coaching) are effective and individualized sessions to help you create action steps to your intended outcome. Life coaching sessions also assist with reducing stress by creating better strategies.
You benefit from unmatched support and accountability, which increase your opportunity to reach your personal goals. We coach both men and women and provide as much support as you need to help you work through personal barriers.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
Support from a Wellness + Behavior Change Coach and Spiritual teacher to brainstorm your ideas, and enhances self-awareness, reduces stress, and anxiety.
