Contributing Factors to Minor Aches or Injury
Inactivity naturally occurs after surgery, injury, or a lengthy flu/virus, or with medical conditions monitored by a primary medical professional.
Prolonged sitting, or laying down weakens the muscles , and creates a scenario where muscle mass decreases = it is natural for that to occur. Returning to activity after these periods requires specific movement strategies to reduce the risk of re-injury. This is where our approach supports safer return to movement.
Benefits
Knowing what to do (movements), when to do it, and how to do it will support your best chance at recovering with minimal post injury muscle strength/mass loss. This is especially important for those with age related conditions, or being treated by their health professional.
Wellness should be unique for you and your goals
As your Wellness Educator, I design a specific program for your specific needs. I demonstrate the movements for you, each session builds on the other, and all sessions start with a check in before we begin. **Payment plan options are available at checkout.
